Patchy Live

Talk it through. Patchy files the ticket.

Patchy Live answers, asks the right follow-up questions, and keeps the conversation going until it can file a ticket worth working on — then confirms it out loud.

Patchy Live

Ready to file

Hi, I'm Patchy. What's going wrong, and which project?

The invoice download just spins — I need our March invoice before Friday.

Got it. Which browser, and does signing out and back in help?

Chrome, on my work laptop. Logging out didn't help.

Thanks — I've got what I need. Filing that now.

Filed ticket #4821 under your account.

Patchy Live is Mendaro's full-duplex conversational voice agent. It greets the caller, asks for what a good ticket needs, lets them interrupt mid-sentence, files the ticket under their own permissions, and reads the result back out loud — all through an all-Mistral speech pipeline running server-side.

How a call works

1

Patchy greets and listens

The caller just starts talking. Patchy understands natural speech in their language — no menu, no keywords, no form.

2

It asks for what's missing

Patchy asks the follow-up questions a good ticket needs and keeps going until it has enough. Interrupt any time — it hears you and adapts mid-sentence.

3

It files under your permissions

When the ticket is complete, Patchy files it under the caller's own account and role — the same row-level security as the rest of Mendaro.

4

It confirms out loud

Patchy reads back what it filed and the ticket number, with live captions the whole way, so the caller leaves knowing exactly what happened.

Built for real conversations

Not a phone tree and not dictation — a two-way exchange that handles the messiness of how people actually talk.

Barge-in interruption

Talk over Patchy whenever you want. It stops, listens, and picks up from what you just said.

Live captions

Both sides are captioned in real time, revealed in sync with the speech, so nothing is missed or misheard.

Readiness ring

A ring fills as Patchy gathers the facts a ticket needs, so the caller can see the conversation making progress.

Under the hood

Patchy Live runs an all-Mistral pipeline — Voxtral for speech-to-text and text-to-speech, Mistral for the conversation — orchestrated by a Go WebSocket service. Audio and AI credentials never touch the browser.

Private by design

Speech recognition, the conversation, and synthesis all run server-side. No audio and no AI credentials ever reach the browser, and the ticket lands under the caller's own permissions.

Included on every plan

The Free plan includes 10 voice minutes each month; the Team plan is unlimited. See pricing for the details.

Questions, answered.

What is Patchy Live?

Patchy Live is Mendaro's full-duplex conversational voice agent. Callers talk to it like a person; it asks follow-up questions, handles interruptions, files a complete ticket under their own permissions, and confirms the result out loud.

Which languages does Patchy understand?

Patchy handles natural speech across many languages and files the ticket in the language the caller spoke. The interface itself ships in English, German, and French.

Can I interrupt Patchy mid-sentence?

Yes — that's barge-in. Talk over Patchy any time and it stops, listens, and adapts to what you just said, exactly like a real conversation.

What happens after the call?

The ticket is filed under the caller's own account and role, so it lands in your inbox like any other report. Staff triage it as usual, and Patchy Autopilot can suggest a type, priority, and duplicates in the background.

What about pranks and trolls?

Patchy recognizes when a caller isn't making a genuine report and ends the session politely without filing junk, so your inbox stays clean.

Which AI models power it?

An all-Mistral stack: Voxtral for speech-to-text and text-to-speech and Mistral for the conversation itself, orchestrated by a Go WebSocket service on Mendaro's servers.

How many voice minutes are included?

The Free plan includes 10 voice minutes per month; the Team plan is unlimited. Minutes are metered per second against your organization's plan.
