Mendaro

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Mendaro for using the service.

Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. Acceptance #

By creating an account or using Mendaro (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

2. The Service #

Mendaro is an AI-native issue tracker that helps product teams triage, plan and resolve customer tickets, including optional integrations with source-control providers and AI assistants. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts #

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use #

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive content; no attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; no use that violates the rights of others or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Customer content #

You retain all rights to the content you submit (tickets, comments, attachments, repository metadata). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you submit.

6. Plans, seats and billing #

Paid plans are billed per organization, per staff seat. Customers (end users you support) never consume a seat. Fees, billing intervals and seat counts are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already started.

7. AI features #

Some features use third-party AI models to generate summaries, drafts and answers. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sending it. Do not treat AI output as professional advice.

8. Availability #

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Warranty disclaimer #

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability #

To the extent permitted by law, Mendaro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer-protection law).

11. Termination #

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms #

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law #

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and, where applicable, the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
