A generic ticket bot
- Opens noisy ticket channels that pile up
- No AI — every report is triaged by hand
- No tracker behind it — reports live and die in Discord
- Your developers never see any of it
Discord integration
Your community reports with a button, a slash command, or a right-click. Every report becomes a real Mendaro ticket with its own thread and a live status card — and when the fix ships, the thread hears about it.
Included in Team — no bot to host, no server to run.
✨ This might already be on our list — same issue?
Mendaro's Discord integration puts a Patchy-branded bot in your server. Community members report bugs and feature requests through panel buttons, /bug and /feature commands, or a right-click on any message. Every report becomes a real ticket in your Mendaro inbox and gets its own thread with a live-updating status card. Patchy checks for duplicates within seconds, staff reply from Mendaro, and when a linked pull request ships, the thread is told — with the reporter asked to verify the fix.
One loop, five moments — your community stays in Discord, your team stays in Mendaro, and nothing falls into the scroll.
Panel buttons, /bug and /feature slash commands, or a right-click on any message → "Report to Mendaro". A Discord form opens — no account, no invite link, no leaving the server.
Every report becomes a real Mendaro ticket and gets its own thread — private by default — with a status card the bot edits in place as status, priority, and assignee change.
Patchy triages the report and posts right in the thread when it looks like an existing one — the reporter confirms with a button. And if the duplicate was already fixed, they hear that immediately.
Staff work the ticket in Mendaro like any other. Replies sync into the thread; internal notes never do. Thread replies come back as comments on the ticket.
When a linked pull request ships, the thread hears about it. On resolve, the reporter is pinged to verify: works for me — or still broken, which reopens the ticket.
Generic Discord ticket bots open a channel and stop there. Mendaro is the tracker behind your server.
The Discord bot is a Team-plan feature, and every Team plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Connect your server, post the panel, and your community can report right away — there is still no bot for you to host. Your plan's AI budget applies to triage, like everywhere else in Mendaro.
No. Reporters stay in Discord — reports are filed as guest tickets with their Discord identity attached, and everything they need to know comes back into their thread.
Threads are private by default — the reporter and moderators see them. A per-project setting switches new report threads to public if your community prefers working in the open.
No. Patchy only suggests. When it spots a likely duplicate it asks the reporter — the report is only merged once the reporter confirms it's the same issue. And if the duplicate was already resolved, the reporter can close their own report — that choice is theirs too.
Staff replies, status changes, and shipped pull requests sync into the thread, and the ticket card is edited in place. Thread replies become comments on the ticket. Internal notes never post to Discord.
Connect your Discord server from your project's settings — one click, one authorization. Pick a channel, post the report panel, and you're live. No bot to host, no webhooks to configure.
Every report lands in your Mendaro project, protected by row-level security — one community's data is never visible to another. Mendaro is operated by dataMatters GmbH, a German company, in line with the GDPR.
