What counts as a seat?
A seat is a staff member: anyone who triages, assigns, or resolves tickets in your organization. Reporters are not seats — invite as many customers as you like on any plan.

People who file and follow their own tickets never occupy a seat and never see an invoice.

What counts as a paid seat?
Any staff member who triages, assigns, or resolves tickets. Customers who file and follow their own tickets never count as seats, on any plan.
Do my customers have to pay?
No. Customers file and follow tickets for free, in any language, on every plan. Only your staff seats are billed.
What does the Free plan include?
1 project, up to 2 staff teammates, 50 AI actions and 10 voice minutes per month, and 1 GB of attachment storage. The website widget, the Discord bot and the GitHub integration are Team features. It's free forever — no credit card required.
Can I change seats or cancel anytime?
Yes. The seat count syncs automatically as staff join or leave, billing adjusts with it, and you can cancel the Team plan at any time — your data stays accessible on the Free plan.
How does the free trial work?
Every Team plan starts with 7 days free. We collect a card at checkout so the plan converts automatically when the trial ends — nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before day 7 costs you nothing. One trial per workspace.
What happens if I add a teammate mid-year?
On yearly billing, a new seat is invoiced immediately for the remainder of the term — so joining with 100 days left costs about €30, not a full year. On monthly billing the pro-rata simply appears on your next invoice. Removing someone on a yearly plan frees the seat for a replacement; the bill drops at renewal.
